Twenty years

Twenty years ago today, I met Nicola Griffith. Since then, we have drunk a hundred thousand beers, a million cups of tea, never run out of conversation, made excellent friends, had excellent adventures. Twenty years of helping each other do her best work, live her best life, be her best self. Today we celebrate.

    Congrats! It’s so inspiring to know couples like you are around. And thanks for your writing. I really enjoyed Dangerous Space, especially “Strings” (which I read after a Lisa Gerrard concert that raised goosebumps and tears). Here’s to the many more anniversaries and stories to come, and for the devotion and discipline that’s made them possible. Cheers.

    Mult’umesc foarte mult, Horia, and no worries about missing anything… we tend think that confining celebrations to some arbitrary twenty-four hour period is, well, a bit limiting (grin). Good wishes are always welcome!
