How great would that be to create stuff all of the time that mad people laugh and/or smile? Charles Frazier getting an $8 million advance and only recouping $2.5 million... Sucks is not even the right word. I don't understand why the industry and the authors haven't gone for a more even royalty split and a symbolic advance already. It's great that things seem to be moving in that direction. As for The Far Side strip, I've seen it and may even have it. I recall it involved vanilla. But I have hundreds of paper clips to go through! Wish me luck.
